  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • All items must be in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless item is faulty
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on organic underwear or final sale items

Sustainability Tip: Before returning, consider donating gently used items to extend the life of our organic fabrics and reduce waste.

Refund Processing
