- All returned items must be in their original packaging
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or underwear for hygiene reasons
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

How to Return or Exchange an Item

- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your return approval email

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:

Exchange Processing

Non-Returnable Items
