What makes your clothing sustainable?

Why do I see duplicate categories like “Organic T-Shirts” in your menu?
Thank you for noticing! This appears to be a menu display issue we’ll address. We offer a curated selection of organic cotton t-shirts in various styles for both men and women, all featuring our signature colorful designs.
Do you offer plus sizes in your sustainable apparel?
Currently our organic collection focuses on standard sizing, but we’re actively working to expand our size inclusivity as part of our sustainability mission to cater to all body types.
Ordering & Account
How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create a password which will automatically generate your account. This allows you to track orders and save preferences for future sustainable shopping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed with encryption for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
We process orders quickly to reduce our carbon footprint. If you need to modify/cancel, email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll try our best if your order hasn’t entered production.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
Choose our Standard Shipping (£12.95 via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 days) for faster delivery or Free Shipping (orders over £50 via EMS, 15-25 days) for a more carbon-conscious option.
Why don’t you ship to some Asian and remote regions?
Our sustainability commitment includes minimizing shipping emissions to areas where transport creates disproportionate carbon impact. We’re actively seeking greener solutions to expand our reach.
How can I track my sustainable fashion delivery?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your ethically-made garments are dispatched. Track through DHL/FedEx for standard shipping or EMS for free shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original condition. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Do you offer exchanges for sustainable apparel?
Yes! We encourage exchanges to keep garments in use. Email us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through our eco-friendly exchange process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we’ve already absorbed the initial carbon footprint of getting your sustainable fashion to you. We recommend using tracked services.

How is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use 100% recycled and biodegradable materials – from our mailers to tape. Even our garment bags are compostable!
Why are some shipping methods slower?
Our free EMS shipping uses consolidated transport to reduce carbon emissions per item. Slower shipping = lower environmental impact, aligning with our values.
How do you ensure ethical production?
All our organic workwear jackets and other items are made in certified facilities paying fair wages. We regularly audit our supply chain and share these reports with customers upon request.
